SUNNY OASIS ( SONČNA OAZA ) is name of modern designed houses, in Moravske Toplice on very atracttive location, in the center of thermal tourism and also in a quiet place with a great view.
It’s an oasis of seven modern one-residential or two-residential houses, that can fullfill life dreams to someone.
We tought about present time when we designed the houses, because we've tried to answer as much as possible, to a changing prestigious requirements of present time.
The location of objects is utmost importance and our location is extraordinary, because is it located in a village with one of the bigest thermal center of Slovenija in Moravske Toplice.
It is located in the very center of turistic events and also in the embrace of nature, midst of large meadows, tangled with paths to explore, recreation or biking. Near the bigest thermal capacity of Terme 3000 and with the great view on nearby thermal bath and about six kilometers from Murska Sobota, where are the shopping centers and only 10 kilometers from slovenian highway cross. There is also a big golf course near by.
Also outside of Slovenija we can notice the trend of migration from urban centers to a green margins. Housing estate Sončna oaza tries to satisfy wishes of those, which tries to escape outside of city cores to the nature, and improve the quality of life, but also stay near the city.
Object is build with Ytong brick, all plates are AB, the building is against the earthquake perfectly designed, with a lot of AB against earthquake pillars on every floor.
Inside there will be ceramics, parquet or vinyl panels laid. It is a lot of decorative lights planned in the object, with possibility to light up thru switches and so can also be possible a smart installation to install.
As it visible from the objects plans, it's one- or two-residential object possible, everyone has their own entrance, their own parking space and common bicycle shed on the parking place.
We've just ended the construction phase, in which we build all seven AB plates and constructed all infrastructure in the ground and we plugged it to the sewage system.
